Privacy Policy

DEADLINES stores the information needed to provide your account and deadline-planning service.

Information we process

We process your email address, display name, account identifier, deadlines and their notes, projects, tags, checklist items, completion status, reminder choices, subscription status, and basic product interaction needed to operate and improve the app.

How it is used

We use this information to authenticate you, sync your deadlines, restore purchases, provide support, protect the service, and understand reliability. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Service providers

Convex provides authentication and realtime data hosting. Adapty and Apple process subscription and purchase information. These providers process data under their own terms and safeguards.

Retention and control

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can export your account data or permanently delete your account from Profile in the app. Deletion removes your DEADLINES profile and synced deadlines; payment records may remain with Apple where legally required.

Security and children

Network traffic uses encryption in transit and authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. DEADLINES is not directed to children under 13.
